San Francisco, Calif. (Oct. 9, 2004) – Sailors aboard the guided missile destroyer USS John Paul Jones (DDG 53), use navigational aids to safely pass under the Golden Gate Bridge and enter San Francisco Bay during the “Parade of Ships,” the official kick off of the 24th annual San Francisco Fleet Week. San Francisco Fleet Week is a celebration of the sea services and recognizes the sacrifices and contributions made by our Sailors, Marines and Coast Guard members.
