Sasebo, Japan (May 17, 2005) – The guided missile destroyer USS John Paul Jones (DDG 53) arrives in Sasebo, Japan for a routine port visit. This visit gave the Sailors aboard John Paul Jones a chance to enjoy the sights and culture of Sasebo, Japan. John Paul Jones participated in Exercise Talisman Sabre, a combined exercise between U.S. and Australian forces in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
