Pacific Ocean (Jan. 17, 2007) - Sailors from air department aboard Nimitz-class carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) participate in a salt-water flight deck wash down. Stennis and its strike group were in transit to operate with the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Strike Group to support the global war on terrorism.
